My love of flying initially started when I made chief on helicopters for the US Army. The idea of Aire Tracer truly began in 1977 when I became a PRIVATE Airplane Pilot. I later achieved a Commercial, Instrument and Multi Engine rating.
Over a number of years I have owned a Cessna 172 and a V Tail Bonanza. As Angel Members my wife and I flew many patients to there appointments.
In November 2005 I added the rating of Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and November 2007 added Instrument Instructor (CFII).
Prior to September of 2016 I worked with many student to achieve a Sport Pilot rating. At the time any pilot rating allowed drone operator a work around to the Commercial Drone operator rating. In September of 2016 the FAA initiated the Remote Pilot Rating for commercial drone (UAS) operator.
Today I instruct in both UAV (drone) and Airplanes.
UAV instruction is for First Responder such as Police, Sheriff and Fire Departments. Training can take place at departments facilities. Instruction is not limited to Texas we will travel to your location anywhere in the USA.
The general aviation side is at KCPT (Cleburne Tx) in association with DJ Aviation offering Private, Commercial, Instrument and soon Multi Engine training.
